The terms that govern use of the ProSentra website and platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProSentra website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by ProSentra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant ProSentra a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSENTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

PROSENTRA’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PROSENTRA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
